No. A professional home inspection is an examination of the current condition of the home. A home inspector will not pass or fail a home, rather he will describe its physical condition and indicate what may need repair or replacement. Back To Top

Are Home Inspectors deal killers?
No. On occasion, inspectors find things that weren’t expected…but that is why we are hired. Anything found can be repaired. It is just a matter of whether or not the parties involved can come to an agreement. Back To Top

Should I use a large or franchise home inspecting firm?
Home inspecting is a very personal service. The inspection is only as good as the person who shows up at the door. The quality of the inspection will depend on what your inspector knows and how well he can communicate it to you. The fact that the company is large or a franchise with offices throughout the country won’t matter if the person doing your inspection is not trained properly. Back To Top
