My contract is with you as the client. I provide you with a copy of the
report and your realtor if you wish. I do not provide copies or discuss
the results with anyone else without your permission.

No. On occasion, inspectors find things that weren’t expected…but
that is why we are hired. Anything found can be repaired. It is just a
matter of whether or not the parties involved can come to an
agreement.

Home inspecting is a very personal service. The inspection is only as
good as the person who shows up at the door. The quality of the
inspection will depend on what your inspector knows and how well he
can communicate it to you. The fact that the company is large or a
franchise with offices throughout the country won’t matter if the
person doing your inspection is not trained properly.
